This is an All Inclusive tour: all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), drinks, transport and activities are included in the price!
Day one
Arrival in Castro dei Volsci. In the afternoon you will be accompanied by an expert guide for a tour in the istoric center of the small village ciociaro. At the end of the tour, you will dine in a local restaurants.
Day two
Do you know that one of the best Italian foods is buffalo mozzarella? On this day you will visit a farm, see its operations and more! You will witness the production of mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, cheese, puddings and above all... you will taste everything! In the afternoon, be prepared for the cooking class. What will you prepare with the class? Be careful, because for dinner you will eat what you have cooked!
Day three
It’s the month of the olive harvest. Are you ready to become a farmer? Collect the olives with us and we also take you to see the grinding of the same and the production of oil! Of course then we taste it with a tasty bruschetta!
Day four
Italy is art. Visit the charming village of Fossanova with its abbey. In the afternoon get ready to taste another typical Italian product: oil!
Day five
Enjoy a morning in the nature up in the Amaseno’s mountains, with a family of shepherds. You can milk goats, watch the cheese production and walk with the shepherds and their flock. For lunch, enjoy a wonderful picnic on the lawn, where you can taste typical local products such as goat and sheep cheese, potato salad, olives, mozzarella, cold cuts, homemade bread and much more. In the afternoon, you will become a pastry chef thanks to the desserts class!
Day six
